Quick Up Delivery Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Quick Up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Service Description
Quick Up provides delivery services including but not limited to:

Food delivery
Grocery pickup
Water delivery
General item pickup

We act strictly as a delivery service provider, not the seller, manufacturer, or preparer of goods.

3. Order Responsibility

Once an order is placed:

It is considered final and non-cancellable
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
Correct items are selected
Correct delivery address is provided
Correct contact information is provided

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL.

Quick Up operates a strict NO REFUND policy, including but not limited to:

Missing items
Incorrect items
Damaged items
Delays in delivery
Customer dissatisfaction

Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be honored under any circumstances.

5. Missing or Incorrect Items
Quick Up is NOT responsible for:

Missing items from restaurants or stores
Incorrect items prepared by vendors
Quality, taste, or condition of items

Customers must resolve such issues directly with the vendor/store.

6. Delivery Liability

Quick Up is not liable for:

Traffic delays
Weather conditions
Vendor preparation delays
Road conditions or accidents
Any circumstances beyond our control

Delivery times are estimates only, not guarantees.

7. Customer Availability

Customers must be available to receive orders.

If:

Customer is unreachable
Customer fails to collect order

The order will be considered completed, and no refund or redelivery will be provided.

8. Pricing & Fees

Customers agree to all charges, including:

Delivery fees
Zone-based pricing
Add-ons (extra stops, waiting time, heavy load, etc.)

All fees are non-negotiable once the order is placed.

9. Waiting Time Charges
A grace period of 10 minutes applies
After 10 minutes: additional charges apply

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Quick Up shall not be liable for any:
Direct damages
Indirect damages
Loss of income
Loss of business
Personal inconvenience

Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the delivery fee paid.

11. Indemnification

By using our service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Up, its operators, and riders from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

Vendor errors
Order contents
Delivery delays
Third-party issues

12. Right to Refuse Service

Quick Up reserves the right to:

Refuse any order
Cancel any service
Deny service to any customer

At our sole discretion, without explanation.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our service means you accept any changes.

💰 REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
🚫 NO REFUNDS POLICY

Quick Up operates under a ZERO REFUND POLICY.

We do NOT offer refunds for:

Missing items
Incorrect items
Damaged goods
Late deliveries
Change of mind
Customer error
Vendor/store mistakes
📦 Vendor Responsibility

All items are prepared and handled by third-party vendors.

Quick Up is only responsible for:
👉 Transporting the order

We do NOT:

Open packages
Inspect contents
Verify completeness
⚠️ Customer Agreement

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

They are purchasing at their own risk
They accept all terms before checkout
They waive the right to refunds or disputes
🔒 Chargebacks / Disputes

Any attempt to:

Reverse payment
File chargebacks

Will be treated as a breach of agreement, and may result in:

Permanent ban
Legal recovery actions where applicable
