At Sedibe Mabele a Ting, we take pride in producing high-quality fermented sorghum products. Because our products are food-based, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used. However, we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, so we do allow returns or refunds under the conditions below:

You receive the wrong product.

Your order arrives damaged, leaking, or spoiled.

Your package is missing an item you ordered.

❌ We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been opened or partially used.

The product has passed its best-before date due to late collection or storage issues.

You changed your mind after purchase.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send us your order details and clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

Once your request is reviewed, we will either:

Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

Process a refund to your original payment method.

We encourage customers to store sorghum products in a cool, dry place (or refrigerate where required) to maintain quality.
