The word Sakhi means a companion or friend, and that is exactly what our kitchen represents, a companion to your cravings for true, home-style Indian heritage.

Founded by Archana, Sakhi was born from a desire to introduce Singapore to the intricate, layered flavors of authentic Gujarati and Marwari (Rajasthani) cuisine in their purest form.

While many know Indian food through spice and heat, Sakhi celebrates the delicate balance of the Gujarati kitchen - where sweet, salty, and spicy coexist - and the robust, royal flavors of Marwari tradition.
