1. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
We take immense pride in our "Supply" logistics. We guarantee that all Live Botanical Specimens will arrive healthy and viable.
Claims: In the rare event of transit damage, you must email clear photos of the plant and packaging within 4 hours of the recorded delivery time.
Resolution: Valid claims will be issued a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for minor cosmetic "shipping stress" (e.g., slight color changes or small spine scuffs).
2. Shipping & Handling (The "Bare-Root" Standard)
Processing: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days to allow for proper soil removal and root drying.
Method: To ensure plant health and reduce shipping costs, all cacti are shipped Bare-Root (no pot, no soil).
Weather: We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme heat or freezing temperatures. Heat packs are available for purchase and are highly recommended for winter shipping.
3. Returns & Refunds
Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of living specimens, all sales are final once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Processed Products: Unopened bags of soil, minerals, or tools may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Ornamental Use: All specimens and processed materials are sold strictly for botanical research, ornamental display, and preservation purposes only.
Compliance: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the possession of specific species (e.g., Lophophora or Trichocereus) is compliant with their local and state regulations.
Misuse: We do not provide instructions for cultivation for consumption. Any communication suggesting the misuse of these botanical materials will result in a permanent ban and order cancellation.
