RTK Online Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas: We deliver in and around Zebediela area.
2. Delivery Times: Deliveries are made within 1 hour of order confirmation.
3. Delivery Fees:
- R50 delivery fee applies for up to 8km radius. Fees may vary for areas outside this radius, based on location and order value.
4. Age Verification: Orders containing alcohol will not be delivered to persons under 18 years of age. Valid ID may be required upon delivery.
5. Payment: Payment must be made online via credit/debit card or via cash on delivery.
6. Delivery Attempts: We will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the order to the sender.
7. Failed Deliveries: If delivery fails, we will contact the customer to arrange a return or alternative delivery.
8. Liability: Your order is insured, and we will refund or replace if the order is damaged due to accident during delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Customer Service: Customers can contact us via phone, email, live chat, or WhatsApp. We respond to inquiries within 30 minutes.
10. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately.
