EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging attached. Customers must provide proof of purchase.
No cash refunds will be issued. Approved exchanges will be offered for another item or store credit.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Sale items, promotional items, jewellery, hair products, hair extensions, bodysuits and other intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
LAYAWAY
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place an item on layaway. All layaway balances must be paid within 3 weeks. Items not collected within the agreed period may be returned to stock, and all payments made will be forfeited.
PICKUP
Customers will be notified when their orders are ready. Please collect orders within the agreed timeframe. Royal K Collections is not responsible for orders left uncollected for an extended period.
DELIVERY
Delivery is available at an additional cost. Customers must provide the correct name, telephone number and delivery location.
If you are not pleased with an item upon delivery, the full delivery fee must still be paid. All delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned or exchanged.
Royal K Collections is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or circumstances outside our control.
PAYMENTS
We accept cash, card payments and approved bank transfers. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be confirmed after payment has been verified.
PRODUCTS
Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting or screen settings. Please review all sizes, descriptions and product details carefully before purchasing.
NO CREDIT
Royal K Collections does not offer items on credit.
