Take Car Rental – Policies
Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your vehicle.
• Prices include standard mileage allowance and basic insurance unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
• A valid driver’s license and booking confirmation are required at pick-up.
• The driver must be at least 21 years old (or meet age requirements stated in the vehicle listing).
• Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location to avoid late fees.
Insurance & Coverage
• All rentals include basic coverage; optional upgrades are available at checkout.
• Damage not covered by the selected insurance will be charged to the renter.
• Cross-border travel requires prior approval and additional coverage.
Fuel Policy
• Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full unless a prepaid fuel option is purchased.
• Missing fuel will be charged at the current rate plus a service fee.
