How Our Phone Insurance Works
We're excited to protect your phone with our straightforward, no-nonsense screen insurance plan. Here's everything you need to know about how it works:
1. What We Cover
- Only screen damage: We cover accidental cracks, shatters, or breaks to your phone's display/screen.
- That's it for now – simple and focused on the most common (and expensive) repair.
2. What We Don't Cover (Yet)
- Lost or stolen phones
- Liquid damage
- Back glass damage
- Camera issues
- Battery problems
- Any other accidental damage or faults
We're keeping things simple at launch – just screens only.
3. The Waiting Period
- There's a 2-month (60-day) waiting period from the date your policy starts.
- This means: if your screen breaks within the first 60 days, unfortunately we can't cover that claim.
- After 60 days, you're fully covered for screen damage.
4. How to Make a Claim
1. Your screen gets damaged (after the 60-day waiting period).
2. Contact us right away via [app/email/phone – insert your method].
3. Send clear photos of the damage and your proof of purchase/IMEI if needed.
4. We assess the claim quickly (usually within 1-2 business days).
5. If approved, we arrange repair or replacement screen at one of our partner repair centres – or reimburse you (depending on your plan).

We’re starting focused: screens are the #1 repair cost for phones, so we’re offering affordable cover just for that, without the higher premiums needed for full accidental or theft protection. As we grow, we’ll look to expand coverage.
