Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
Because most of my products are personalized and handmade, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Digital proof, personalization errors (on my part), or incorrect delivery details will be corrected — contact me with photos and details so I can make it right. Personalized cushions are generally final sale unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear mistake on my part.

Cancellations:
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Because items are custom and production often begins quickly, please message me immediately if you need to cancel. If the cancellation window has passed I’ll do my best to issue a partial refund depending on how far production has progressed.
