Yes, all our watches are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted, reputable suppliers.

2. How does the preorder system work?
Our flexible preorder system allows you to pay 60% upfront and the remaining 40% upon delivery. Orders are typically fulfilled within 10–15 business days, depending on availability.

3. Can I pay 60% even for a watch that is in stock?
Yes, you can choose to pay 60% deposit and 40% in 30 days even for in-stock items—making it easier to secure the watch you want.

4. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, most watches include a 6–12 month warranty (depending on the brand) covering manufacturer defects. It does not cover accidental or water damage unless otherwise specified.

5. Are your watches water resistant?
Many of our watches are water resistant—ranging from splash-proof to swim-ready. Always check the specific water resistance rating before exposure to water.

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Zambia for FREE!

7. How do I place an order?
You can place an order via Instagram, WhatsApp, or our website. We'll confirm availability and guide you through payment and delivery options.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (Airtel & MTN), bank transfers, and cash payments (where applicable).

9. Can I return or exchange a watch?
Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the watch is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

10. What if the watch I want is out of stock?
We’ll do our best to source it through our preorder system or recommend similar styles.
