Delivery
Food will be delivered in the delivery window mentioned to the office/apartment lobby area for you to pick up. Ensure you enter the correct address. Incorrect delivery address has no guarantee of delivery, no refunds and will be extra charge $10 if within a 1 mile radius. If you need food delivered to doorstep in apartment buildings, it might be at an additional cost.
Delivery guarantee: We are small scale food provider and make all attempts to fulfil the orders once confirmed. However, there might be circumstances when we might not be able to fulfil your order. This should be uncommon, but if it does happen due to any reasons or unforeseen circumstances we will cancel and refund the paid order amount.
