Nuts For You – Return & Refund Policy
At Nuts For You, we take pride in the quality, freshness, and care that goes into every product. Because our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene standards to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you ever receive an order that does not meet our quality promise, please contact us — we are here to help.
1. Food Products (Nuts, Pretzels & Snacks)
Because our products are consumables, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
However, we will replace or refund your order if:
The product arrived damaged
The product arrived opened or leaking
You received the incorrect item
The product quality is not up to our standard (e.g., stale, spoiled etc.)
To request a replacement/refund, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the product and packaging
A short description of the issue
We will arrange either:
A replacement delivery, or
A refund to your original payment method
2. Incorrect Order / Missing Items
If we made a packing mistake (we’re human, it happens), we will fix it at no cost to you.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of food products and hygiene laws, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind.
4. Local Deliveries & Collections
Please inspect your order while receiving it. Once accepted in good condition, we cannot later refund due to change of mind.

5. Bulk / Wholesale Orders
Bulk orders are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue upon delivery.
