Welcome to NOSH & Nourish. By ordering, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Services
NOSH & Nourish offers fresh lunches, frozen meals, and baked goods on a pre-order and subscription basis. Deliveries are made to homes and offices in selected areas.
2. Delivery Info
Delivery Days: Weekdays only (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays).
Areas: Free within our service zones; charges apply outside these zones.
Time Slots: Provided in advance but may vary.
3. Meal Plans
All meal plans renew automatically unless cancelled or changed in writing before renewal.
Plans must be used within 90 days.
Unused meals expire and are non-refundable.
Each plan is for one person only.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling or changes must be requested by 10am on the day prior to delivery.
Late cancellations are not eligible for credit or refunds.
5. Refunds
Refunds, credits or replacements may be offered at our discretion for incorrect, missing or damaged orders reported on the day of delivery.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We do not offer refunds for unused, forgotten or expired meals.
6. Communications & Data Protection
By placing an order, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages related to your order, delivery, payment, and customer support.
You may separately opt in to receive menus and promotional updates via WhatsApp. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect customer information such as name, phone number, delivery address, order details, dietary preferences, and allergy notes to process orders, deliver meals, provide customer support, and send order-related communications.
We do not sell customer data.

8. Nutritional Info
Any nutritional information provided is given as a guideline only.
Values may vary.
Stated protein quantities reflect weight of protein source per meal, not grams of protein consumed.
9. Allergies & Dietary Needs
We aim to accommodate allergies and dietary needs, but:
Disclaimer: Meals are made in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, seafood).
Customers with severe allergies should consult us before ordering.
10. Dietary Preferences
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary preferences where possible; however, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.
Due to the nature of batch cooking and menu planning, some preferences may not always be accommodated.
Substitutions may be made at our discretion.
11. Storage & Handling
Food must be stored, reheated, and consumed as per instructions provided.
We are not responsible for items stored or handled incorrectly.
12. Payments
Payment is due on the first delivery day of your plan.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
13. Intellectual Property
All recipes, content, branding, and imagery remain the property of NOSH & Nourish. No reproduction without written permission.
14. Liability Disclaimer
NOSH & Nourish is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our meals, except as required by law.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
17. Disclaimers
Any exception, credit, replacement or goodwill gesture provided by NOSH does not waive these Terms & Conditions and does not create an ongoing entitlement or precedent for future orders
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
