Welcome to NOSH & Nourish. By ordering, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.
1. Services
NOSH & Nourish offers fresh lunches, frozen meals, and baked goods on a pre-order and subscription basis. Deliveries are made to homes and offices in selected areas.
2. Delivery Info
Delivery Days: Weekdays only (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays).
Areas: Free within our service zones; charges apply outside these zones.
Time Slots: Provided in advance but may vary.
3. Subscriptions
Meal bundles must be used within 3 months.
Unused meals expire and are non-refundable.
Deliveries can be deferred or skipped with sufficient notice (see policy).
4. Changes & Cancellations
Must be made 48 hours before delivery.
Late cancellations may not receive credit.
5. Allergies & Dietary Needs
We aim to accommodate allergies and dietary needs, but:
Disclaimer: Meals are made in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens (e.g. nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, seafood).
Customers with severe allergies should consult us before ordering.
6. Food Handling
Store meals as instructed (fridge/freezer).
Follow heating guidelines.
Best consumed within recommended timeframes.
7. Payments
Subscriptions are prepaid.
Payment confirms agreement to these terms.
8. Refunds & Complaints
Refunds are at our discretion for missed deliveries or quality concerns.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and recipes belong to NOSH & Nourish. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data Use
We collect and store your information for order processing and delivery.
We will not share personal data with third parties without consent.
11. Liability Disclaimer
NOSH & Nourish is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our meals, except as required by law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transport disruptions.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
