*Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Pretoria-based customers.
*Orders are confirmed once payment has been received or verified. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours.All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times:
*Pretoria (Local): 1–2 working days
*Nationwide: 2–4 working days
*International: 15–25 working days (via DHL or Postal Service)
*Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once your order is dispatched.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy
*If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund it within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
*The item must be unopened and in original packaging.
*Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
*Notify us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue.
*Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.
*Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.4. Privacy Policy
