1. When will I receive my order?
Orders will be packed and dispatched within 2 weeks after the event ends on 31 May.

2. Can I self-collect my order?
Only if your group buy host offers self-collection. Otherwise, all orders will be shipped. Self-pickup from Niji Bébé directly is not available during this event.

3. If an item I need is sold out, can I place a preorder to complete my set later?
No, preorders will not be accepted during this event. You may place a preorder in the next official group buy (GB), if the item returns.

4. I need 2 units, but there’s only 1 left. Can I waitlist the item?
No, The Outlet items are being retired permanently. There will be no restocks or waitlists for these items.

5. Why are the items so heavily discounted?
We’re clearing out our shelves to make way for something truly special. As we realign with the heart of our brand — thoughtful, Montessori and Reggio-inspired play — these items are being retired for good. This is your only chance to grab them at once-in-a-lifetime prices before they disappear forever. It’s now or never!

6. Are The Outlet items brand new and in good condition?
Yes, all products are brand new. Some may come in minimal packaging or be previous versions, but they are fully functional and perfect for use.

7. Will I earn Milestones for The Outlet purchases?
No. Since this event is outside of our main store, purchases do not qualify for Milestones.

8. Can I combine The Outlet orders with regular store orders?
No, orders from The Outlet and the main store are processed separately. They cannot be combined for shipping or Milestones.
