2. Orders & Menu Availability
All items (Specialty Naans, Barbecue, and Fast Food) are subject to ingredient availability.
We reserve the right to modify prices, menu offerings, or special deals without prior notice.
Please mention any specific food allergies or dietary requests at the time of placing your order.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed on our menu card, social media, or delivery platforms apply at the time of order placement.
Payments must be made via cash on delivery, direct cash payment at the counter, or authorized digital payment methods (where applicable).
4. Delivery & Pickup
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to weather, traffic, peak hours, or live cooking preparation times.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate. Delayed deliveries due to incorrect details are not the responsibility of Naan-e-Mann.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can only be canceled within 5 minutes of placement, before food preparation begins in the kitchen/tandoor.
Refunds or order replacements will only be entertained if there is a clear mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect item delivered or missing item) reported immediately upon receipt.
