A: Myia-Karen is an online based registered business located in Mt. Salem, Montego Bay, St. James.
Q: How do I order your products?
A: 1. You may place an order online via our website, no credit card required.
2. You may also order via WhatsApp (we will require the same order information required on our website's order page to input your order).
Please note that orders received via our website will take priority over WhatsApp orders. We do not take orders via phone calls.
Q: Do you accept credit card payments?
A: We do not accept credit card payments online at the moment. We currently accept Bank Transfers and Pay Pal Payments online.
Q: Do you offer payment plans on orders?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Why are my floors wet after spraying the room/linen spray?
A: Our Room/Linen Spray formula is alcohol-free and water based, therefore it does not evaporate as quickly as traditional alcohol-based sprays. We highly recommend spraying onto fabric, curtains and upholstery for best results (after doing a spot test).
Q: Do you offer private labelled products?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Do you offer wholesale products?
