We have been using My Creole Soul for a couple of months now and have been nothing but completely satisfied. The food is always fresh and tasty. For me, it’s generally enough for 2 meals. Chef is considerate of your tastes and preferences when preparing meals. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been ordering from My Creole Soul / Mi Alma Criolla Healthy Meal Prep Delivery Service and I’m honestly impressed. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and actually tastes like real home cooked meals not bland “healthy food.” My favorite so far has been the baked chicken with the macaroni pie… sooo good. The portions are satisfying, the seasoning is on point, and you can tell everything is made with care. I also love the convenience. As a busy mom, having meals ready to go saves me so much time without sacrificing quality or taste. It’s the perfect balance of healthy and delicious. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for flavorful, well prepared meals that make your life easier.
