Everyone is welcome at OMA. We believe food is at its best when it brings people together. We aim to support the community around us, work responsibly, and waste less. We choose the finest ingredients, support small suppliers wherever we can, and keep our craft rooted in time-honoured techniques — including our long-fermented doughs and carefully maintained starters.
We bake with natural ingredients and human hands. We are ordinary people, but we want to make extraordinary things — and to bring warmth, honesty, and humanity back into everyday food. Nothing gives us more pleasure than a loaf baked fresh, made with patience, and shared with others.
