I had a disappointing experience ordering from Mobile City today. I placed my order for a power bank around 10:00 a.m., but it was only delivered after 15:00. Throughout the process, I kept being told the item I selected wasn’t in stock, even though the website showed it as available. I tried to ask which models were actually in stock so I could choose directly, but my messages were ignored. The lack of communication and inaccurate stock updates made the experience frustrating. I hope the team improves their customer service and keeps the website updated to reflect real stock availability.
