Orders & Collection
1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Once you’ve confirmed and checked out your order, a payment QR code will be displayed.
Please complete your payment, attach a screenshot of the successful transaction, and click “I have paid.”
That’s it — leave the rest to us!

2. How far in advance should I order?
Please place your orders at least 30-45mins before your intended collection time.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As each drink is prepared fresh to order, we’re unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
We truly appreciate your understanding.

4. Where do I collect my drinks?
All collections are from our home base at Dawson, with the exact address shared upon order confirmation. We’re a pet-free home, so rest assured everything’s prepared in a clean and peaceful environment.

5. What are your operating hours each week?
Our weekly operating hours are announced every Saturday on Instagram — look out for our “This Week at M Labo Dawson” post.

6. Do you accept walk-in orders?
We currently operate on a pre-order takeaway basis only.

Payments & Promotions
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayNow.

8. Do you offer any promotions or loyalty rewards?
Yes! Each customer receives a loyalty card — get 10% off your 5th cup, and a credit of $5.50 for your 11th cup.

9. Are there discounts for bulk orders or events?
We’re truly grateful for every order, big or small.
As a small-batch home-based setup, we’re unable to offer bulk or event discounts at the moment.
Each drink is handcrafted individually to maintain consistency and quality — thank you for your kind understanding.

Drinks & Ingredients
10. Where do you source your matcha and hojicha from?
Our matcha and hojicha are from Japan, known for its smooth, creamy flavour and low bitterness — a taste we’re proud to whisk daily.

11. Are your drinks dairy-free or vegan-friendly?
Our drinks are typically made with fresh dairy milk.
You may also choose to switch to lactose-free dairy milk.
For a plant-based option, we offer our Iced Coconut Matcha Latte, which is made with coconut milk.

12. Do your drinks contain caffeine?
Yes, but we also offer lower-caffeine options under The Caffeine-Less series — featuring Hojicha drinks that are perfect for slow evenings and relaxation.

13. Do you offer oat milk?
We’ve heard you — and we’re currently experimenting with different brands of oat milk! Our goal is to find one that complements our Kagoshima and Shizuoka matcha without overpowering its delicate umami notes. Once we’re happy with the balance, oat milk will officially be added as an option.

14. Can I customize the sweetness or milk options?
You may customize the sweetness and milk options for our Matcha Latte.
Drinks under The Classics, The Flavourful, and The Caffeine-less series can also be switched to lactose-free dairy milk.
For the other specialty drinks, we’d recommend enjoying them as they are, as each recipe has been carefully balanced for its intended flavour.

15. How should I store my drinks if I can’t consume them immediately?
We’d recommend enjoying your drinks as soon as possible, as the flavour of matcha may become diluted once the ice melts.
If you’re unable to consume them right away, please finish them by the same night to enjoy their freshness and intended taste.

Loyalty Card & Redemption
16. How does the loyalty card work?
Each drink purchase earns you a stamp — collect them to enjoy rewards along the way!

17. When does my loyalty card expire?
Each card is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

18. How do I redeem my free drink?
To redeem your free drink, simply return your completed loyalty card to us.
We’ll then credit $5.50 (the value of an Iced Matcha Latte) into your account, which you can use to offset your next purchase.

We’re a home-based, small-batch matcha lab, focused on crafting quality drinks in a cozy, personal setting.

20. Do you collaborate for events or pop-ups?
We truly appreciate the interest in collaborating with us!
As a small home-based matcha lab, we’re not able to accept collabs or event invitations for now — but we’re grateful for every thought and hope to explore opportunities in the future.
