Mine Specialty Coffee began as exactly that — a personal project, a space where I could brew, tinker and chase the perfect cup just for myself. The name reminds me that every batch starts with my own curiosity and pleasure.

I source micro-lots that excite me, dial in water chemistry, and adjust every pour sequence until flavor profiles, clarity and balance line up. If it doesn’t thrill my palate, it never leaves my kitchen.
