1. Refunds
We do not accept refunds for any purchases. Each piece is tailor-made, so minor variations in cutting, stitching, or colour tone are considered normal characteristics of handmade production.
2. Exchange Period
Items are exchangeable within 48 hours after receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within this timeframe with your order details and clear photos of the item.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges for:
Items worn, washed, or altered
Items past the exchange period
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please message us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the item to Box of Cravings, Kiulap, for an exchange of your choice. 
5. Goodwill & Quality Commitment
While we do not offer refunds, we always aim to ensure customer satisfaction. For any concerns, please reach out. We’re happy to assist and may offer a small goodwill discount for future purchases where appropriate.
