### 1.2 Account & Orders
- Registration may be required for certain services.
- You must provide accurate information; false details may result in order cancellation.
- Orders are confirmed only upon payment clearance.
### 1.3 Payment & Pricing
- Prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and inclusive of GST (where applicable).
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, FPX, and COD (for select services).
- Promotions/discounts are subject to change without notice.
### 1.4 Artwork & Design
- Customers are responsible for correct file formats (PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, PNG).
- Maven Print is not liable for errors in customer-submitted artwork.
- Color variations may occur due to printing processes (CMYK vs. RGB).
### 1.5 Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only (not guaranteed).
- Shipping fees apply unless stated otherwise.
- Maven Print is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
### 1.6 Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders in production cannot be canceled.
- Refunds are processed based on the Return Policy (see Section 2).
### 1.7 Liability & Disputes
- Maven Print’s liability is limited to replacement or refund for defective products.
- Disputes shall be governed by Malaysian law.

### 2.1 Defective or Damaged Goods
- Report defects within 3 days of delivery via email/WhatsApp.
- Provide photo/video evidence of damage.
- Maven Print may offer a reprint or refund after verification.
### 2.2 Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 3 days.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund (subject to approval).
### 2.3 Non-Defective Returns
- No returns for change of mind or design errors by the customer.
### 2.4 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
