1. How do I place an order?

Bakes can be ordered via our Take App website.
Select your item, choose your preferred date, and complete payment to secure your slot. If the date you prefer isn’t available, feel free to DM or whatsapp us and we’ll try our best to accommodate!

2. Is Mak Bunga a Halal?

We are a 100% muslim-owned homebased business, WSQ-certified in food preparation and safety.

3. Is this preorder?

Yes! All items are freshly made upon order. Please place your order at least 3 days in advanced.

4. How should I store the brownies & cookies?

Brownies / Brookie Chips
• Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
• Refrigerate up to 5–7 days
• Warm slightly before serving for that fudgy texture

Cookies
• Store in an airtight container
• Keep away from heat & humidity
• Best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks

5. Can I customise my order?

For wedding trays, doorgifts, and stacked brownies, please DM or Whatsapp us directly.

6. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! Kindly enquire at least 2–3 weeks in advance for larger quantities.

7. Can I amend or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before collection. DM or Whatsapp us for changes.
