Shipping Policy

LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing / Lead Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and cleared through our payment gateways.

This lead time allows us to carefully package your products and ensure that your order is accurate and ready for shipment.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods
We use The Courier Guy and PUDO (a division of The Courier Guy) to deliver your orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

For PUDO deliveries, you may be required to collect your parcel from the chosen PUDO location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

You can track your parcel through The Courier Guy or PUDO websites using the provided tracking number.

6. Responsibility

Mainouk & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery information and to collect parcels from PUDO locations if applicable.

7. Returns / Lost Packages

In case of lost or damaged parcels, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier for resolution.

Any returns or refunds due to shipping issues are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
