1. Check on Delivery
Please check all groceries and products (like MAQ Washing Powder) when you receive them.
2. When We Accept Returns
We accept returns only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is damaged or expired
- The package is unopened and in original condition
3. When We DO NOT Accept Returns
- Opened washing powder, food, or detergents for hygiene reasons
- Products bought more than 24 hours ago
4. How to Request a Return
- WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send photo of product and receipt/order number
- We will arrange replacement or refund within 2-3 days
5. Refunds
Refunds will be done via EcoCash or cash depending on how you paid.
