A: Many customers see noticeable improvements within 3–7 days of consistent use. Full results may take 2–4 weeks, depending on your skin type and concern.

Q: Can I use multiple products in your line at once?
A: Absolutely! Our products are designed to work together. We recommend using our complete sets for faster, more effective results.

Q: Do you offer products for dark knuckles, acne, stretch marks, or hyperpigmentation?

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: Do you offer delivery services?
A: Yes, we deliver nationwide in Cameroon within 1–3 working days. We also ship internationally on request.

Q: Can I pay on delivery?
A: Cash on Delivery is available in select locations. Otherwise, we require Mobile Money or Bank Transfer to confirm your order.



🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?
A: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will replace it.
