We currently do not operate any physical storefronts or offer island-wide delivery services.

All purchases, exchanges, and handovers are arranged directly between Luut SLU representatives and customers at secure public meetup locations.

Payments are accepted through cash or agreed electronic transfer at or before the meetup.

All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$) and are final unless otherwise stated.

For custom or pre-order items, a deposit may be required to confirm your order.

Please keep proof of payment (receipt, screenshot, or transfer confirmation) for verification.

๐Ÿ“ 3. Meetups

Meetups are scheduled by appointment only, confirmed via WhatsApp or TakeApp chat.

Customers are encouraged to arrive on time at the agreed location.

For safety, all meetups take place in public, well-lit areas (e.g., malls, commercial zones).

If you cannot attend a scheduled meetup, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule.

๐Ÿ” 4. Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are limited or exclusive, all sales are final unless an item is proven defective or significantly different from its description.

If an issue arises, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item.

To be eligible for review, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Luut SLU reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests after inspection.

Orders can be cancelled before the meetup is confirmed.

Once a meetup time and place have been agreed upon, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.

Luut SLU may feature customer purchases, events, or collaborations on our social media platforms (with permission).
