Processing & Shipping Time
Each Luna piece is crafted with care, and to maintain our quality standards, we follow a made-to-order approach. Orders typically require 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 4-7 business days, depending on your location. In total, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.
Shipping Fees & Methods
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking & Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. While we work closely with our shipping partners, unforeseen delays due to customs, weather, or logistical issues may occur. If your order experiences a delay, we appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking your package
Customs & Import Duties
All orders have tax inclusive on the price of the item, shipping fees are inclusive as well. Note that items will only be available for self pickup basis at any given carrier used around kampala. Shipment to a particular address as required by a customer will result in further charges incurred by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
