We use flat rate delivery based on shipping area:
Jakarta: Rp10,000
Jabodetabek: Rp15,000
Java (Non-Jabodetabek): Rp25,000
Outside Java: Rp45,000

We use flat rate delivery to keep checkout simple, transparent, and stress-free 🤍
With a fixed rate, customers can see the total cost upfront without waiting for manual shipping calculations.
3. Which courier do you use?
Orders are shipped using regular courier services, selected based on destination and efficiency.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time:
Jakarta: 1–2 working days
Jabodetabek: 2–3 working days
Java & Outside Java: 3–7 working days
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on courier operations and destination.
5. Can the delivery fee change after checkout?
Flat rates apply to standard parcels.
For large, bulky, or heavier packages, our team will contact you in advance if any adjustment is needed.
6. Do you offer same-day or instant delivery?
