Terms & Conditions for Pre-order Products
1. Payment Terms
o All pre-orders are payable upfront.
o Orders will only be processed once proof of payment has been received.
2. Order Schedule
o Orders are placed on the 15th and 30th of each month or as needed.
o Please ensure payment is made and proof submitted before these dates to avoid delays.
3. Delivery Time
o Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the order date with a slight delay for customized products.
o Delays may occur due to supplier or courier constraints, and customers will be notified accordingly.
4. Collection & Delivery
o Pick-up in Caledon or Villiersdorp unless prior arrangements have been made. Please spesify you preffered pick-up point in advance.
o PUDO (door to door) is available upon request, at the buyer’s expense.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
o Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
o Please report any defective or damaged products within 7 days of receiving arival confirmation.
