Le Kitchen Seafood Pao Fan is a new start up venture by husband & wife team, Alvin and Cyndi in 3 Yung Sheng Rd #03-126 S618499 (Taman Jurong Food Centre)
Our ingredients are source daily from wet market and fishery port to ensure the freshness & qualities. Our seafood broth is simmer for hours and rich in nutrients. We use mainly meat & fish bones and seafood to achieve an attractive orange-hued, collagen, umami flavours and texture. To elevate the dish, fried egg floss and crispy rice are added to give a new dimension and fullness of this delicious "Pao Fan".
