Only machine-washable items are accepted. No hand-wash or dry-clean items.
2. Not Accepted Items
No heavily soiled (urine, faeces, blood, chemical, heavy oil), musty items, shoes, carpets, or floor mats.
3. Unsuitable Materials
No leather, blackout curtains, PVC, plastic, or similar synthetic materials.
4. Package Limits
Items must comply with the selected package size and load limits. Overloaded bags may be returned or charged additionally.
5. Hazardous Items
No flammable or hazardous materials allowed.
6. Care & Liability
Customers must check care labels. We are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage.
7. Valuables
Remove all personal items from pockets. We are not responsible for lost items.
