Terms and Conditions
1. Only machine-washable items are accepted. Items requiring handwashing, dry cleaning, or special care will not be accepted.
2. Items that we do not wash:
We don’t recommend you sending in laundry that needs heavy treatment such as:
- Urine / Faeces stained laundry
- Musty (Bau hapak) laundry
- Blood-stained laundry
- Chemical-stained laundry
- Oil-stained or Heavily oil drenched laundry
- Shoes
- Carpets
- Floor Mats
3. We don’t recommend the materials below to be sent for wash as it will damage the laundry upon wash or dry:
- Blackout Curtains, Polyster Curtains
- Laundry with leather material
- Laundry with synthetic materials composed of plastic, PVC and polyurethane
4. Check Instructions: Please double-check your washing and care instructions before submitting your order to ensure that it can be laundered. All items that are received are assumed to be washable.
5. Weight/Size Limitations: Ensure your laundry complies with the weight/size restrictions specified for each package. Items that exceed weight limits, do not fit in the bag, will be returned unwashed without a refund or we can proceed after additional payment is made.
6. Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
7. No Flammable Items: Strictly no flammable or hazardous materials should be included in your laundry.
8. We are not responsible for any potential damages caused to your laundry including:
- Color bleeding, shrinkage, fabric wear, or pre-existing conditions (e.g., loose threads, weak fabric, missing buttons).
- Damage to delicate fabrics, rubber-backed materials, or non-washable labels.
9. Customers are responsible for checking pockets and removing valuables. We are not liable for lost or damaged items left in clothing.
10. Once confirmed order, no cancellations, refunds, or re-washes will be provided.
