By booking and attending our workshops, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
• Full payment or a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.
• Bookings are only confirmed after payment is received.
• All workshop slots are first come, first served and subject to availability.
• Please wait for confirmation (via WhatsApp/email) before making payment.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• All payments made are non-refundable.
• You may request to reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice prior to your workshop date.
• The first reschedule is complimentary.
• A $5 rescheduling fee will apply for any subsequent reschedule requests.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be considered as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter learning time, as sessions will end as scheduled.
• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your slot may be considered forfeited.
4. Use of Equipment & Safety
• Sewing machines, tools, and equipment will be provided for use during the workshop.
• By attending, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of sharp tools and machinery.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety while using all equipment.
• Kinda Crafty will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or mishandling of tools during the session.
5. Responsibility for Damages
• Participants are expected to handle all tools, equipment, and studio items with care.
• Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may require compensation or replacement at the participant’s cost.
6. Filming, Photography & Audio
• During workshops, photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken for documentation and marketing purposes.
• By attending, you consent to Kinda Crafty using this content on our platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, website, and promotional materials).
• If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us prior to the session.
7. Workshop Materials
• All workshop materials (including digital booklets or patterns) are provided for personal use only and are not to be redistributed, shared, or resold.
8. General Policy
• Kinda Crafty reserves the right to make changes to workshop schedules, instructors, or content if necessary.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
