1 How do I place an order
You may place an order via WhatsApp, Instagram, or directly online through our TakeApp store for standard bouquets.
2 How early should I order
Standard days 1 to 3 days in advance. Peak seasons order as early as possible as slots fill quickly.
3 Do you accept same day orders
Subject to slot availability. Please message us with your preferred time and budget to check.
4 Do you accept last minute orders during peak season
Only if production slots become available. Priority is given to confirmed orders.
5 What information do you need to confirm my order
Please provide the bouquet name or reference photo, delivery or self pick up details, date and time, full address, recipient contact, message card wording, and payment proof.
6 Can I reserve a slot without payment
Slots are only secured after payment confirmation.
Delivery and Self Pick Up
7 Do you offer delivery
Yes. We deliver across Kuala Lumpur and selected Selangor areas.
8 What delivery partners do you use
Lalamove and Grab are commonly used. Customers may also arrange their own driver.
9 How is delivery fee calculated
Based on distance, timing, and driver availability. We will advise the estimated fee before confirmation.
10 Do you offer self pick up
Yes. Self pick up is available at Kiara Residence 2, Bukit Jalil from 9am to 6pm by appointment only.
11 Can I walk in to buy flowers
No. We do not accept walk ins. All orders are by appointment or pre order only.
12 What happens if the driver is late
We will coordinate accordingly. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or peak periods.
13 Can you deliver at an exact time
We can arrange a time window. Exact timing depends on traffic and driver availability.
14 What if the recipient is not available
We will contact the recipient. If there is no response, we will instruct the driver to leave the flowers at the lobby or a secure area and request proof of delivery.
15 Can you deliver to hospitals, offices, hotels, or condos
Yes. Please provide full address details and recipient contact information.

We accept TNG QR and bank transfer. Please send payment proof to confirm your order.

Standard designs are fixed. Custom designs vary based on flower availability and budget.
18 Why are flower prices higher during festive seasons
Supply is limited and demand increases, especially for roses and imported blooms.
19 Can you work within my budget
Yes. Share your budget and preferred colour theme and we will recommend suitable options.
20 Do you charge extra for customisation
Some custom requests may incur additional charges depending on materials and complexity.

Care and After Service
37 How long will fresh flowers last
Typically 3 to 7 days depending on flower type and environment.
38 How should I care for my bouquet
Keep the bouquet in a cool area away from direct sunlight and heat, place it in clean water if applicable, and refresh the water daily for longer freshness.
39 Do you guarantee flower lifespan
Fresh flowers are perishable and lifespan varies. We ensure quality at handover.
40 What if flowers are damaged during delivery
Please take a photo upon receiving and contact us immediately for assessment.
Changes and Cancellation
41 Can I change delivery time or address after confirmation
Possible if requested early. Last minute changes may not be accommodated during peak season.
42 Can I cancel after payment
Cancellation depends on order status and whether flowers have been purchased. We will advise case by case.

Refund eligibility depends on preparation status. Once flowers are prepared or purchased, refunds may not be possible.

We operate based on production slots. Once full, orders close. Priority is given to confirmed orders.

The team is actively preparing orders. We will respond as soon as possible.
