Kidzstuff.co Reward Program

• What is the Reward Program about?
To show our appreciation for your purchases, there will be a 3% rebate on all orders.

• Will my store credits ever expire?
No. Credits earned doesn't expire as long as there's a transaction made within the last 12 months.

• How can I redeem my reward credits?
Store credits earned will be automatically credited into account after orders have been fulfilled.

Please allow up to 1 week for points to be updated. Should the points not added into your account afterthat, kindly contact us

• Can I use my rewards to offset the amount in my order?
Yes. There will be an option to choose the amount of store credit to offset at the checkout page.

• How can I check my reward balance amount?
A whatsapp on membership information will be sent upon each login. Membership information includes store credit balance.


PAYMENTS

• What are the modes of payments available?
Currently payment can only be made via PayNow. Use of credit cards will be available in the near future.

• Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
OurKidzStuffs currently do not accept Cash on Delivery.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Can I return a product?
To ensure the quality of our product, every products are packed only when it is ordered. Returns are not allowed unless product received was damaged and/or do not serve its meant purpose.

• What is your returns policy
Returns and refunds are subjected on case to case basis, we may offer you an exchange, or store credits, at our discretion.
For goods that are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Do you allow exchanges?
Exchange are only allowed for the same product in different designs.


PRODUCT INQUIRIES AND FEEDBACK

• How can I submit a review for a product I've purchased?
Sharing is caring! We always love to hear your opinions about the products you have purchased, as these are extremely helpful to other customers!

• How do I know the expiry of the products I've purchased?
To ensure the quality of a product, we do not keep alot of stocks on hand for products with shelf life. Hence everything we sell will be good for the next 2 years from your date of purchase.

• Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?
Yes you may request to be notified by contacting us.

• Do you have ready stocks for your product?
Yes, our products are all ready stocks unless stated preorder. However the quantity of each product may not be alot as we do not wish to keep old stocks, our stocks are only replenished when needed.

• If I need more of a certain product, can I preorder?
Yes, preorders are allowed with a minimum 50% deposit. Preorders will take 2-5weeks. Kindly contact us for preorders.

• Do you have a physical store for me to browse and look at the products?
To achieve the best prices and widest selection for our customers, OurKidzStuffs operates fully online and does not have a physical store location.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number given for your order on the courier's website, or simply contact us to enquire.

• How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to send out all orders (received before noon on Mon-Fri) the following day, thereafter it usually takes 1-2working days to be delivered. Orders made on weekend are usually delivered on Mondays. You will receive a WhatsApp message as soon as your order leaves our warehouse hence please expect to receive your order 2 days afterthat.

We also offer same day urgent delivery and self-collection. For more details, kindly contact us.

Do note that any change in order might cause a delay in fulfillment. Delivery may also take longer during sale periods (GSS, Christmas), near public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• What are your shipping charges?
Unless otherwise stated, We delivery all our Singapore orders for a flat rate of $3.50
We also offer urgent same day delivery (rates depending on location, starting from $10) and self-collection. For more details, kindly contact us.


ORDERING

• Do you give discount for bulk orders?
For the commonly bulk order products, there will be an option given with the wholesale pricing and minimum order quantity. Should there be no wholesale price given, kindly contact us.

• How do I know my order is confirmed?
Please send us a screenshot of your proof of payment so that we can proceed with the order.
