TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Fresh Food Storage & Handling Advisory
All fresh products (including ketupat, lepat, lontong, lemang, burasak and langkak) will be delivered on the eve of Hari Raya (20 Mar 2026) between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
These items are freshly prepared and intended for consumption on only on Hari Raya eve and Hari Raya day.
Upon receiving your order:
• Check items immediately upon delivery.
• Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
• If not consumed within 8–12 hours, refrigerate immediately.
• Reheat thoroughly before serving where applicable.
• Do not leave items at room temperature for prolonged periods (especially in warm conditions).
Proper storage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of these products, all fresh items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ketupat.sg and Jeya Spices shall not be liable for quality deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
