2. Order Process
- All orders are custom-made based on the photos you provide.
- Once payment is received, production will begin.
- Please ensure your uploaded photos are of good quality. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution images provided by customers.
3. Production Time
- Production time typically takes 3-5 business days after receiving payment and final photo files.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Customers will be notified in case of any delays.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver nationwide (and internationally if applicable).
- Delivery times depend on location and courier service.
- KeepsakeToday is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
- As all products are custom-made, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
- No refunds will be provided for mistakes caused by customer errors (wrong photos, spelling, or details provided).
6. Copyright & Image Usage
- Customers must own the rights to the images submitted or have permission to use them for printing.
- KeepsakeToday is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from customer-uploaded images.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for processing orders.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for delivery purposes.
- All uploaded photos are deleted from our system after 30 days, unless otherwise required for business or legal purposes.
