1. What is Kampong Fit?
Kampong Fit is a clothing line that focuses on delivering trendy and affordable tees to youths.
2. How does Kampong Fit work?
Kampong Fit opens pre orders sales a day after the design reveal. The pre-order period is dependable on the collection, will extend or shorten the pre-order according to demand. Afterwards, general sales opens. For all sales, we only accept e payment (only Paynow). An order confirmation message will be sent to customers via WhatsApp once we have processed payment & order details.
3. Where do we ship?
As of now we only provide deliveries within Singapore. Please do take note that we do not offer free deliveries at the moment. There will be a delivery fee to be paid.
4. Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Our size chart is available on our website product page, specifically the second image of the page.
5. What materials are your tees made of?
Our tees are made from 100% cotton with a heavyweight 300 GSM fabric, ensuring durability and comfort
6. Will there be restocks for sold-out designs?
Restocks are not guaranteed. However, we may bring back popular designs based on demand.
7. How can I stay updated on new releases and promotions?
Follow us on Instagram and TikTok (@KampongFit) for updates on new drops, promotions/sales, and special events.
Billing and Payments
8. What payment methods are accepted?
For all sales, we only accept e-payment (only Paynow).
9. Will I be charged immediately upon placing my order?
Yes and an order confirmation message will be sent to customers via whatsApp once we have processed payment & order details.
10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified before the pre-order period ends, including changes to the delivery address. However, cancellations are not allowed once payment has been processed.
11. Do you offer any discounts or promo codes?
We occasionally offer promotions. Follow us on social media and join the telegram to stay updated!
12. Do you provide bulk or group orders?
Yes, we do! If you’re interested in bulk purchases, send us an email at kampongfit@gmail.com. Do take note that it will take slightly longer than normal orders to be processed.

13. How long does shipping take?
Subject to stock availability, the following weekend from date of order placement {Do take note that this applies even if you order on a weekend}.
14. How much is the delivery fee?
Exact costs will be displayed at checkout.
15. Can I self-collect my order instead of opting for delivery?
At the moment, we only offer delivery services.
16. Which courier service do you use?
At the moment, we are the ones delivering to your doorstep.
Refunds & Returns
17. Do you offer returns or refunds?
As of now, we are unable to process returns or refunds. We highly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
18. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email kampongfit@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the item.
