Joyplus Multimedia Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom & Branded Products
Items that are personalized, printed, or manufactured to your specific requirements (e.g., branded souvenirs, custom packaging, wedding stationery, or custom perfume blends) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.
2. Digital Services
Fees for graphic design, branding consultations, and digital marketing services are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. However, we offer a set number of revisions (as specified in your quote) to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but if we missed the mark, we’ll fix it.
Notification: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution: If the error is ours (e.g., wrong spelling despite a signed-off proof, or damaged goods), we will provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.
4. Client Approval (The "Safe" Clause)
Once a digital proof is approved by the client via WhatsApp, email, or physical signature, Joyplus Multimedia is not responsible for errors present in the approved design (e.g., typos or date errors).
Please review all proofs carefully before giving the "Go Ahead."
5. Order Cancellations
Before Production: Cancellations are accepted, but any deposits made may be retained to cover design time and materials already procured.
During/After Production: Once printing or manufacturing has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
