ORDER POLICY
At J2JSUPPLIES, we happily accept all orders placed through our website or via direct messages. It's important to us to confirm and verify any direct message orders with the client before we proceed with dispatch.

If there are any changes after an order has been dispatched, J2JSUPPLIES cannot be held responsible for any associated exchange delivery fees. Clients will be responsible for any return and delivery fees for these items.

Before initiating an exchange in such cases, we kindly ask clients to reach out to J2JSUPPLIES to ensure clear communication about the situation.

Should there be an error on our part in packaging the correct products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will take responsibility for rectifying the mistake and will cover any delivery fees incurred in this case.

DELIVERY POLICY
We work with local delivery agencies to provide service within Monrovia, with charges varying by location. For deliveries outside of Monrovia, we are open to discussing potential arrangements.

For pickup locations, feel free to contact us.

Our estimated delivery timeline is typically within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please understand that this is an estimatedtime; deliveries may arrive sooner or within the given timeframe.

If your order does not arrive as during the expected time frame, kindly get in touch with us via WhatsApp, direct messages, email, or by phone call. We will address your inquiries as quickly as we can.

We’re dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly and appreciate your understanding as our team works hard to ensure timely delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, J2JSUPPLIES accepts payments through MTN or Orange Mobile Money Transfer, or Cash on Delivery.
For any other payment means, kindly reach out to us for verification.

For any further questions or clarifications, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, email, direct messages, or phone. We will respond promptly to your inquiries.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND
Exchanges and returns are not permitted for confirmed and delivered orders, except in cases of missing orders or incorrect items delivered by us.

Items delivered incorrectly due to our error on our part must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us to resolve the issue, and we will send the correct items at no extra delivery cost to you. Note that we can only exchange items that are unopened and have all necessary tags attached. If you encounter any unforeseen delays, please let us know in advance.

If for some reasons, you made an error in ordering the wrong item and want to exchange it, we will only accept the item upon these conditions:

1. Kindly communicate this with us immediately upon your order arrival.
2. Item Most be returned within at least 3 (three) hours of delivery with all necessary tags and seals in tack.
3. J2JSUPPLIES is not responsible for the delivery changes involved

After the timeframe mentioned and without prior communication, J2JSUPPLIES cannot accept any returned items.
