Irawolashes Product Exchange Policy

At Irawolashes, we sell professional-grade lash products. Due to hygiene standards and product sensitivity, we operate a strict exchange-only policy.

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Requests made after 5 days will not be considered.

2. Items Eligible for Exchange

The following items may qualify for exchange only in cases of verified manufacturing defects:
    •    Lash trays
    •    Lash adhesives

Products must be tested within the 5-day window.

Opening and testing does not automatically qualify the product for exchange. Approval is subject to review.

3. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable:
    •    Tweezers
    •    Lash accessories

These items are considered final sale once purchased.

4. Situations That Do NOT Qualify for Exchange

Even for eligible items (lash trays & adhesives), exchanges will not be approved for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Wrong style, curl, thickness, or length selected
    •    Adhesive drying speed preference
    •    Retention expectations
    •    Technique-related issues
    •    Humidity or temperature conditions
    •    Improper storage
    •    Excessive product usage
    •    Damage caused after delivery

5. Exchange Requirements

To request an exchange, you must provide:
    •    Clear photos
    •    Video evidence (especially for adhesive concerns)
    •    Proof of purchase

If approved:
    •    The item will be exchanged for the same product only (subject to availability).
    •    Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

6. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final unless a verified defect is confirmed.
