http://wa.me/6738967444.do you accept same-day deliveries?as we are currently using Poslaju Brunei, we do not have rush deliveries. alternatively, we can assign our own runner to collect your order from our shop during working hours the same day you place an order with us at an additional charge, and depending on our runner's availability.
can I pay my orders by cash?unfortunately to minimise the chances of backout or joy buyers, we only accept online payments in the form of Pocket, BIBD and Baiduri Transfer and QuickPay.
are the products sold online also available in your retail store?to make the shopping experience more intriguing, please note that not all products showcased on the website will be stocked in the retail store, and vice versa.
can i change my address after my order is confirmed?you can request for an address change only once, and it must be within 1 hour after receiving your order confirmation.
however, if you are requesting for an address change after you receive a tracking number notification, it will not be entertained and the order will be delivered to the original address.
i made an error in my home address. can I still change it?changes to the address can't be made if more than an hour has passed since your order was received. If the courier is still unable to contact you on the delivery day and is returned back to our office, you are still required to pay another fee of $3 - regardless if you were eligible for the free shipping discount.
