Thank you for shopping with HypedTT. This policy explains how online orders, payments, delivery, pickup, cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and customer information are handled.

Orders & Product Availability
All online orders are subject to confirmation of product availability, payment, and order details.

Items are not reserved until the order has been accepted and processed by HypedTT.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, HypedTT may contact the customer to offer a replacement, adjustment, store credit, refund, or cancellation.

Product images are for general reference. Actual packaging, colour, size, or appearance may vary slightly depending on supplier, lighting, screen display, or product batch.

HypedTT reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.


Pricing, Fees & Promotions
All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

If an item is listed with an obvious pricing or product error, HypedTT may cancel the order, correct the issue, and contact the customer with the available options.

The Online Service Fee is separate from any delivery fee and will be shown before the order is confirmed.

Discounts and promotions must be approved by HypedTT and cannot be applied after an order has already been completed unless approved.


Payment Policy
Accepted payment options for online delivery orders may include:

- LINX/card payment on delivery
- Bank transfer
- Online payment, where available

Cash on delivery is not available.

Orders paid by bank transfer or online payment may require payment confirmation before the order is packed, dispatched, or released for pickup.

Customers may be asked to provide proof of payment where necessary.

If payment cannot be confirmed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.


Delivery Policy
The standard delivery fee is $45 within Trinidad.

Tobago delivery is not included in the standard $45 Trinidad delivery fee. Tobago delivery, if available, may require separate confirmation, pricing, and arrangements.

Delivery times may vary based on order volume, customer location, courier availability, weather, traffic, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of HypedTT’s control.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any useful delivery instructions.

If a customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, delivery may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to an additional delivery fee.

Customers must be available to receive their order during the agreed delivery period. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the package, provides incorrect information, or cannot complete payment, redelivery or return fees may apply.

Delivery fees may not be refundable once delivery has been attempted, except where the issue was caused by HypedTT or where otherwise required.


Pickup Policy
In-store pickup is available at the Arouca branch where offered.

Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before visiting for pickup.

Customers may be asked to provide their order number, name, phone number, or proof of payment before an order is released.

Orders not collected within 3 business days may be cancelled or returned to stock. Any refund, credit, or adjustment will be handled based on the order status, payment method, and this policy.


Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been packed, dispatched, or prepared for pickup.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or prepared for pickup, cancellation may not be possible.

If HypedTT cancels an order due to stock availability, payment issues, pricing errors, delivery limitations, or other operational reasons, the customer will be contacted with the available options.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be handled according to the payment method used and the status of the order.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customers should check their order as soon as it is received or collected.

If an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or not as ordered, the customer should contact HypedTT as soon as possible and provide the order details, receipt or proof of purchase, and photos where applicable.

For wrong, damaged, defective, or unacceptable-quality items, HypedTT will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

For size changes or change-of-mind requests, exchanges may be considered within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided that the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, in its original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed.

Sale, clearance, promotional, special-order, hygiene-sensitive, used, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for change-of-mind exchange or refund, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise required to be addressed.

Delivery fees and online service fees may not be refundable once processing or delivery has started, except where the issue was caused by HypedTT or where otherwise required.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, bank, card provider, or payment processor.


Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, payment, pickup, and delivery information.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive delivery and complete payment where applicable.

Customers should keep receipts, payment confirmations, and order details until the order is completed and any issue is resolved.

HypedTT may refuse, cancel, or restrict service where there is abusive behaviour, suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, payment issues, or misuse of the ordering process.


Privacy & Customer Information
HypedTT collects customer information only as needed to process orders, confirm payments, arrange pickup or delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve service.

Customer information may include name, phone number, delivery address, order details, payment confirmation, and communication history related to the order.

Customer information may be shared with trusted service providers, such as couriers or payment processors, only where needed to complete the order or provide service.

HypedTT does not sell customer personal information.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect customer information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, or disclosure.


Complaints & Order Issues
If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact HypedTT as soon as possible with the order details and a clear description of the issue.

HypedTT will review the issue and attempt to resolve it fairly based on the circumstances, the condition of the item, proof of purchase, and this policy.

Customers are encouraged to contact HypedTT directly first so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.


Policy Updates
HypedTT may update this policy from time to time.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless otherwise required.
