- These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with hf_kitchen through our online store.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products
- We sell frozen potato balls and related frozen food items.
- Product photos are for illustration only. Actual products may vary slightly in size, shape, and color.
- All quantities are approximate and may vary slightly.

3. Ordering
- Orders must be placed through our online store or our official contact channels.
- Please make sure your contact number, address, and order details are correct before confirming.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order (for example, if items are out of stock or if details are incomplete). If payment has been made, we will inform you and arrange a refund or replacement.

4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in [BND] unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will follow the price shown at checkout.
- Accepted payment methods: BIBD TRANSFER/CDM thru BIBD ONLY.
- For bank transfer or online payment, proof of payment may be required before we process your order.

5. Delivery and pickup
- Delivery areas: BSB / MUARA / TUTONG / BELAIT.
- Delivery fees: $4 / $5 / $7 / $8

- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time. If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

- Please check your order immediately upon receiving it.
- If there is an issue (wrong item, missing item, product damaged or spoiled on arrival), contact us within [24hours] with photos and details.
- If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Storage and food safety
- Our frozen potato balls should be kept frozen at the recommended temperature.
- Once delivered, it is your responsibility to store and handle the products safely.
- We are not responsible for any issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

9. Allergies and dietary information
- Some products may contain allergens such as spices, eggs, dairy, or others.
- If you have allergies, please contact us before ordering.
- We cannot guarantee that products are free from all traces of allergens.

10. Customer responsibilities
- You agree not to resell our products without our permission.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use our store for lawful purposes only.
