We accept GCash, bank transfers, online payments, and selected cash payment options depending on the order type.

How long does delivery take?

Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes. You may schedule selected orders ahead of time through the ordering platform.
Pickup Orders
Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely. Simply select “Pickup” during checkout and wait for the pickup confirmation message.
What happens if I’m late for pickup?
We’ll safely hold your order for a reasonable period, but food and beverage quality may naturally change over time.
Food & Drinks
What kind of coffee do you serve?
We proudly serve 100% Arabica Philippine local beans — including selections from Mt. Matutum, Sultan Kudarat, Benguet, Mt. Apo, and other local farms — roasted fresh and replenished weekly.
What sweeteners do you use?
Most of our drinks are sweetened only with allulose, monkfruit, or dates to help avoid sugar crashes and support a more balanced experience.
Do you use regular milk?
We primarily use French milk for a smoother taste and better overall experience.
Do you offer healthier food options?
Yes. Many of our menu items are intentionally crafted to be high-protein, fiber-rich, lower sugar, and more nourishing overall.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate preferences when possible, but please note that our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy.
Refunds & Concerns
What if my order is incorrect or incomplete?
Please message us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins. Once preparation starts, cancellation refunds may no longer be possible due to food preparation and ingredient usage.
What if my rider cannot contact me?
Please stay reachable after placing your order. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability may not be eligible for refund.

Do I need to be a member to order?
Not at all. Everyone is welcome to order and visit the café.
