This weekend (11-12 October), Noah is making Oatmeal brown butter scotchies(250g). These are a recipe from Stephanie Workman.
Noah uses Mysthill butter, Biowheat flour, our own eggs, and Cocoafair chocolate in all his bakes. Pecans are from Lowerland, almonds and hazelnuts from komati.
Noah's (15) been baking cookies for our workshops for over a year now, and some people say they just come for the cookies...
