📝Add your items to the chart & checkout
🗓Some products may be available immediately and others may need to be ordered from our suppliers and be subject to delays.
👉If the item is showing how many items are in stock it means that stock is available to purchase immediately.
👉If the item is NOT showing how many items are in stock - that means you can order the item.
👉If the item is showing "sold out" - all stock has recently been purchased. You can pop us a message if you would like to order it and we can change the status on the app.
🛒Finalise your order and checkout (the app will request a date when you would ideally like to collect. Keep the above points ☝in mind and we will confirm what is possible based on product availability & supplier delivery schedules)
📲You will receive a payment instruction notification via WhatsApp.
🏦Please kindly pay the full TOTAL due via EFT & add your invoice number as a payment reference.
🚚When the stock arrives we will pack our orders. (If there are any delays, out-of-stock issues with our suppliers - we will notify you and refund or swap-out accordingly).
📦When your parcel is ready, you will be notified via WhatsApp. You can collect your order from our offices in
